Why Aprais and Neuromarketing?
The evaluation methodology developed and used by Aprais is based on the perceptions people have about their own business performance and the relationship with business partners. This has revolutionized the evaluation possibilities surrounding business performance in the same way as measuring emotions is doing for (neuro)marketing and the effectiveness of the marketing stimuli.
Knowing what is hidden from our view in our partnerships, and then dealing with it as partners, has made an average performance improvement possible of 7% over 1,5 years based on a total of 6.000 evaluations.
Since perceptions are in most cases highly influenced by emotions, it is good to know how the brain works and how you approach or manage the mind. New brain knowledge makes it logical and easy to understand why high-performance behavior combined with turmoil / stress don't mix well. Eliminating turmoil / stress out of 'daily business' has a more positive influence on performance than trying to push performance on its own. When we applied this theory into practice, we managed to get an increase of 37% on overall performance by using brain logic and translating it to a practical, easy to use methodology.
